Briners Choice Anhydrous Calcium Chloride is a sold, white pellet form. The substance is odorless but tastes salty. It is hygroscopic in that it absorbs moisture from the air. Calcium Chloride is highly soluble in water at ordinary temperatures and crystallization on will occur under certain temperatures and conditions.
