Cancellations - After an order is placed, we do not allow cancellation. If we allow the cancellation there will be a minimum 10% restocking fee, since after an order is placed we begin to process it including printing labels and other work to prepare it for shipment.

Cancellations after shipment: We do not allow cancellations after an order ships.

Refunds & Returns

We take pride in offering products with unsurpassed quality. We have hundreds of thousands of real customer reviews available on our product pages that will assist you in making informed buying decisions. Since our products are used to produce cosmetics and ingredients must be verified unadulterated, we are unable to accept returns.

Processing Times - Currently we estimate orders will ship 8-10 days from the order date. This is subject to change but you will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. (Processing times begin 1 business day after your order is placed.) Check our shipping page here

Package not Received

If you do not receive your order, you must let us know within 10 days after shipment. You agree to give us pertinent, timely, and accurate information so that we may investigate the tracking and delivery of the package and merchandise with the carrier chosen. Please wait 3 business days after you have been notified that your order has been shipped to contact us. The decision to replace or refund for merchandise not received are wholly at our discretion and determination and will be made after we get timely, accurate information from customers, and if needed the carrier.

Damaged Package or Missing Merchandise

We must be informed of damaged or missing merchandise no later than 48 hours of the delivery. We reserve the right to file a claim for the damaged merchandise before shipping replacement merchandise. You agree to give us accurate and timely information about any damage or missing items. All damage or missing items must be reported to us no later than 48 hours of the delivery of the merchandise. We may ask for pictures of the package(s) to get accurate information, and to send along to the carrier to file a claim. We reserve the right to determine if a refund or credit is to be made when merchandise is damaged outside of our terms.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using USPS. We can only provide tracking if the selected shipping method offers tracking and the carrier provides tracking information. Some international shipping options (1) do not allow any tracking and (2) may not arrive due to customs issues, or they may arrive late. We typically have no problems with International Shipping but sometimes there are problems out of our control, such as how something moves through customs.

We ship globally using USPS only.

Customs law requires all applicable Duties and Taxes be paid for shipments entering any country. By placing an order with makeyourown.buzz you agree to pay all duties and taxes charged by Customs at the time of delivery to your destination. This can and may include Customs duty and Value-Added Tax (VAT) and other fees. Chemistry Connection dba makeyourown.buzz is not responsible for duties, fees, additional charges upon delivery and if your package is returned to us for you not paying any fees, customs etc there will be no refunds issued. Typically every country has information about what duties and fees will be due upon delivery, we suggest customers research this before going through with a purchase.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: Customs law requires that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering Canada. By placing an order with makeyourown.buzz you agree to pay all duties and taxes charged by Customs at the time of delivery. Customs duty and Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be payable, as follows:

Customs Duty – Typically 20-30% of product price (based on product characteristics)
Tax – Typically 6-16% of product price (based on province)

Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the cart contents. The additional charges are typically displayed in our shopping cart their additional costs are included in the 'Total Cost'. in some cases, LTL trucking for example, we can only provide an estimate until we know the exact specifics of the buyer's physical address (if you have a loading dock for example) and will contact the buyer to give an exact shipping quote before we complete the transaction. If the buyer does not agree to the charges we will refund the purchase price.

Payment – Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card or other payment service to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card or other payment method (Credit line for example) will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your payment card or other methods for payment shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase.
