Chamomile is known to be a soothing, sleep-aiding herb. Use it in a tea or sachet. It also has been widely used to soothe irritated or inflamed skin.
Although grown primarily in Egypt, this is the same species of chamomile commonly known as German chamomile.
The whole flowers can be used alone, or used along with other herbs and spices to make bath bags, tea blends, or tinctures.
Store in airtight container, dark cool place or in the freezer.

They smell so fresh and strong and grind up so easily
I use this for infusing oils for specialty products I make where I choose to use botanicals. It was a really nice botanical, affordably priced.
