Citric acid
the only reason I'm giving this for stars instead of 5 is because the 15 lb bag of citric acid I purchased was full of clumps versus when I bought before from a different company my citric acid was very sifted and granule, if any chunks at all. This is my first time buying citric acid from make your own, hopefully the next bag will be much more sifted.
