Keep in mind, Chemistry Connection, now filling orders through Wholesale Supplies Plus employs real people, and not automated robots like Amazon, and  offers good wages and benefits to  support people in the communities our employees live in, primarily, NE Ohio.

We process and ship orders out in the order they are received. We ship daily except for US Holidays and on days carriers do not pick up from us.  

Chemistry Connection dba makeyourown.buzz, operated by Wholesalesuppliesplus primarily uses UPS, and FEDEX. For heavy shipments we use several LTL Carriers. We can also ship using your carrier with special arrangements. For LTL Freight we typically charge a $45.00 Set up fee for pallets, shrink wrap, BOL, labor.

Chemistry Connection , also known now as Wholesalesuppliesplus  is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive "on time." We make no  offers or claims or warranties about "on time"  deliveries after we ship other than providing tracking information. 

ALWAYS CHECK and VERIFY to make sure you enter the CORRECT EMAIL AND SHIPPING ADDRESS(ES) as WE DO NOT RESHIP FOR FREE IF YOU ENTER INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES. Please check your email after you order (check spam settings and add our email to your addresses if needed) to get information about shipping status.

• 5 Gallon Pails ship Ground (FEDEX or UPS) by themselves in a specially made box. 5 gallon pails have a pour-able and resealable spout.

We do not ship soapmaker's lye or sodium hydroxide outside the continental US. Lye must be shipped UPS Ground Only. All buyers must submit a signed HAZ MAT waiver  before we ship. Find the HAZMAT WAIVER HERE 

Other important shipping details: If using an LTL Carrier for heavy shipments we must know if you have a business address, a dock, and a fork lift. We also must know if you need additional freight services, like a lift gate service or an appointment for freight shipments. All additional services ordered after we give a freight quote, or that you order when the truck arrives are the buyer's responsibility. Additional freight charges will need to be paid. Please do not order additional freight services when the truck arrives without paying for them. We will need to collect the money after the sale and you agree to pay them if you order additional services not on our original quote.
