Mixing Procedure
Into a suitable vessel equipped with mixing capabilities, add Deionized Water with the next three ingredients and mix at 50-60°C. Add PEG 150 Distearate and mix until all solids are melted. Cool to 35°C and add citric acid to adjust pH to 6-7. Add Fragrance, Preservative and Dye to q.s. Adjust viscosity with sodium chloride as necessary.
